Nisqually
No graphic novel page this week. Evenings were spent trying out some new procreate brushes and experimenting with color more. I’d say I’m rusty, but I’ve never really done a lot with color. It’s just slow-going, but working digitally is obviously more forgiving than slinging paint around. I started 3 things over the past week and only finished this one of the boardwalk out at the Nisqually wildlife refuge this past February. Pretty simple tones and hues, so a nice way to ease into it. I’m planning to do a series of local parks and eventually make them available as a postcard set. For now this one’s available in the shop as a greeting card and a print.
