Almost had a second page ready to go, but I’m hitting a wall tonight and would rather save it for next week and not rush it.
Quick author portrait this week. I looked up May birthdays and saw that Richard Adams’ birthday is tomorrow, May 9th. I’ve never gotten around to reading anything by him, but Watership Down and Plague Dogs have been on my list for years. May need to move them up. Or maybe that’s what I’ll read next with my son. We’re currently making our way through Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy. Might need something a little lighter after that before taking on something like Watership Down.
